I’m not usually one for swooning over lingerie lookbooks. Where other bloggers or lingerie obsessives will coo over every minute detail of a brand’s latest collection, I have to admit to sadly becoming quite blasé. But all that changed when I opened an email from luxury fuller bust brand Harlow & Fox and my jaw hit the floor. I mean, come on, just look at this embroidery! This blog post doesn’t even really need words – just images and links would suffice – but I’ll include a few so that you can fully appreciate the glory of these truly beautiful garments.
The stunning new Juliette collection features shimmering soft metallic embroidery in shades of copper, red and gold, paired with vibrant red silk. Juliette also includes Harlow & Fox’s first corset – all steel boned, made in England by an individual corsetiere, and underbust so it can work with a variety of bust shapes and sizes – as well as an appliqué sleeve kimono and long nightgown.
In the image above, the Juliette bra and shorts are styled with the Cassiopeia beaded kimono, which Harlow & Fox describes as “undoubtedly our most decadent garment yet.” This sheer kimono cascades with trailing strands of hand beading, each finished with a tiny pearl, with all seams bound in silk. It is suggested that you “wear out with eveningwear for a spectacular outerwear look, either alone or combined with the double layered silk linings.” If there was an image next to the word opulent in the dictionary, I think it should be of Cassiopeia.
Both of these collections are exclusively made to order, with lead times varying from three weeks for lingerie to twelve weeks for the corset. The sumptuous Juliette and decadent Cassiopeia are available now on the Harlow & Fox website.
