It used to be the case that it was difficult to follow trends and be fashionable whilst also shopping ethically. These days, however, slow fashion has really found its feet and many stylish people can be seen boasting that their glamorous outfits are made from vintage, upcycled or ethical pieces.
Those of you who follow me on social media will have already spotted that I am now a columnist on ethical fashion site Ms Wanda’s Wardrobe, and I’m learning a lot from the experience so far. I eventually want to add more sustainable fashion content to Rarely Wears Lipstick but, in the meantime, I just had to share this fab video that Ms Wanda’s have produced on the subject, with a bit of help from the Rewardrobe style consultancy and People Tree. Speaks for itself really. Who says fashion can’t be stylish and ethical?
